Rumored Launch of New Samsung Phones Including Galaxy F55 5G with Key Details
The Korean company, Samsung, has not stopped after launching the Samsung Galaxy S24 series phones; and it is expected to release some new mid-range smartphones very soon.
According to recent leaks, Samsung may launch the Samsung Galaxy F55 (Galaxy F55 5G) and Samsung Galaxy M55 (Galaxy M55 5G) phones, in addition to the Samsung Galaxy C55 (Galaxy C55 5G). Among these smartphones, the Galaxy F55 5G was spotted on BIS India with the model number SM-E556B.
Although BIS lists hardly confirm any specifications for the smartphones, they do confirm the imminent launch of the Galaxy F55 5G in India. More details are awaited before concluding the device’s specifications.
In addition, the Galaxy F55 5G was spotted last week on the WiFi Alliance alongside other smartphones, including the Galaxy M55 5G and Galaxy C55 5G.
Interestingly, among the three devices, only the Galaxy M55 5G appeared on the “Geekbench” performance testing platform some time ago. It was observed running the Adreno 644 graphics processor unit and the central processing unit clocking in at a speed of 2.40 gigahertz, indicating that it will likely be powered by the Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 SoC.
The smartphone will succeed the Galaxy M54 5G, which was launched earlier last year. Similarly, the Galaxy F55 5G will succeed the Galaxy F54, featuring a 6.7-inch Super AMOLED Plus display with a 120Hz refresh rate.
It is equipped with an Exynos 1380 SoC, storage capacity of up to 256GB, and 8GB of RAM. The smartphone has a triple rear camera setup with a 108-megapixel primary sensor, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera, and a 2-megapixel macro lens. There is also a 32-megapixel front camera for selfies and video calls.
We expect specific hardware upgrades and software improvements in the upcoming Samsung Galaxy F55 5G. More information is expected to leak through rumors and leaks in the coming days.
